Two things apply to your order: your statutory right of withdrawal, and our own 30-day return policy on top of it.

Your right of withdrawal — 14 days, no reason needed

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

The fastest way is the withdrawal button on our site: Withdraw from purchase. One form, one click, and you immediately get a reference and a confirmation of receipt by email. An unambiguous statement by email to info@course-prints.com works just as well.

We refund the full amount, including the standard shipping cost you paid to receive the order, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait with the refund until we have the print back, or until you have shown that you sent it.

Our 30-day return policy

On top of your statutory right, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. The print needs to be undamaged and in its original packaging, and we need your order number or another proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned

A print you designed yourself through Design your own is made to your specification, so it falls outside the right of withdrawal. The same goes for gift cards. Everything from our collection can be returned.

How to return

Contact us first at info@course-prints.com. We will send you the return instructions. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be processed.

Our prints are made and shipped by our printing partner in Slovakia, but returns come to us in the Netherlands: Course Prints, Amstelvlietstraat 549, 1096 GG Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if the print is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We will make it right and it costs you nothing. This is separate from returning an order because you changed your mind.

Refunds

We let you know as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If it is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a few days more to post it.

Exchanges

The quickest route is to return the print you have, and place a new order for the one you want.
